| It's only September and i'm tired of waiting. To early for pre-season, to late for any excitement from the Free Agency front. It would be wonderful to flick on the television and get to see a LeBron James steal taken full court for a monster slam. Or how about on of Z's baby hooks in the lane. A no look pass, the Cavaliers breaking down a pick and roll, a team battling their way to the playoffs. This seemed like it would be a good off season for basketball with the Olympics and all. But of course I don't think many thought that watching those games would be as painful to watch as they turned out to be. A lot of times I found myself wishing to be watching the Cavaliers of 2002/2003. At least then I knew what to expect. That Olympic team just never became what it should've. I won't get into the reasons why they were what they were because it's over and it's now just time to get ready for the NBA. September is always the hardest month to make it through for NBA fans. But this year for Cleveland fans it's even tougher. The Tribe is pretty much out of the race and the Browns, well to say they haven't looked pretty would be like saying Winslow talks alot. But, don't fret only 4 more weeks to go. Maybe you can
get caught up on the little bit of household chores you wanted to get
done. Before you know it LeBron will be dunking his way to the playoffs. |
